FPM Gunworks stands behind every product we manufacture. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and our confidence in the craftsmanship of our work.

Warranty Coverage

FPM Gunworks warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the original purchaser’s ownership under normal use and proper maintenance.

At FPM Gunworks’ sole discretion, defective products covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced without charge for parts or labor.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, wear, or failure resulting from:

• Improper installation or assembly
• Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Use outside of manufacturer specifications or ratings
• Failure to follow provided instructions or accepted industry practices
• Damage caused by incompatible components, ammunition, or host platforms
• Accidents, impacts, environmental exposure, or natural disasters

Any product showing evidence of the above conditions may be denied warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

FPM Gunworks shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of its products. This warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the product as described above.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, contact FPM Gunworks with the following:

• Proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the defect

Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipment. FPM Gunworks reserves the right to inspect all returned products prior to determining warranty eligibility.
