DESCRIPTION
The Cheeze Boi is our hard-use 5.56/.223 suppressor — built for shooters who want durability, low backpressure, and real-world sound performance without overpaying for a name on a box. The 6-baffle design is proven across a full range of setups, from standard-length rifles to short-barreled builds that put suppressors through their paces.
We offer the Cheeze Boi in two material configurations so you can build the rifle you actually want to run:
- Stainless Steel — Full-auto rated and built for sustained fire. The right choice for high round count use, shorter barrels, or anyone who needs a can that won’t flinch.
- Titanium — Noticeably lighter on the muzzle while still delivering excellent sound reduction for standard range use. Great for keeping your rifle’s balance without sacrificing performance.
From our own testing, we haven’t identified a minimum barrel length restriction — the Cheeze Boi runs clean even in demanding setups. On shorter barrels, we recommend pairing it with our Spleen Splitter muzzle brake to get the most out of your blast baffle life.
When referenced against third-party data from Thunder Beast Arms Corporation’s Silencer Summit — sorted by SE Imp dB·ms, the metric that most accurately reflects what the shooter actually hears — the Cheeze Boi competes directly with suppressors costing significantly more. You’re not buying a compromise.

I have and run 2 cheeze bois. I run a stainless on a 10.3 mk18 and a Ti that moves between a 12.5” 5.56, 16” 556, and an 18” 6 arc. These cans run on all of them and run great. Great tone, great sound, low back pressure. Little to no tuning for gas. Highly recommend!

I have the steel version of the FPM Cheeze Boi 5.56, and overall, I’ve been extremely impressed with its performance.
I’m running it on a 20-inch 5.56 with a plan b HUB adapter and the FPM spleen splitter muzzle device, and the sound performance has honestly exceeded my expectations. It is much quieter than I expected, especially considering the price. For what this suppressor costs, the performance is downright impressive.
I don’t have a huge collection of 5.56 suppressors to compare it against, but I’ve had the opportunity to shoot several different suppressors and host setups at events like Quiet in the Capital. Based on those experiences, the Cheeze Boi seems to have fairly moderate back pressure. I’m not getting a ton of gas coming back at me, which is a big plus from my perspective.
All in all, I’m extremely impressed with the Cheeze Boi. The combination of sound performance, reasonable back pressure, and especially the price makes it a really compelling option. If I were doing it again, I might go with the titanium version simply to save some weight, but the steel version has performed exceptionally well for me.
For the money, I think the Cheeze Boi is a seriously impressive 5.56 suppressor.
