DESCRIPTION

The Mini DD is the compact version of our Dirty Dachshund — purpose-built for shooters who want serious 30-cal performance in a package that doesn’t hang off the end of the barrel like a 2×4. At 6.5 inches and 1.6 inches in diameter, it handles everything from 5.56 NATO up through .300 RUM with minimal bulk and no compromise on construction.

  • Titanium — 6.5 oz. Genuinely light. Built for hunters, competition shooters, and anyone running a precision bolt gun who wants the can to disappear.
  • Stainless Steel — 14.2 oz. Full-auto rated, built to absorb abuse and keep running under sustained fire.

Wide caliber compatibility makes the Mini DD one of the more versatile suppressors in our lineup — one can that actually works across your whole safe. Engineered to cut muzzle blast and backpressure while keeping reliability high, it runs cleanly on both semi-auto and bolt-action platforms.

This was the cheapest option at my local shop. I expected I would be compromising some compared to other brands. On 300BLK Subs this thing is a beast. Does exactly as it’s designed and cycled the gun flawlessly.

Been running this on my 16” 5.56 for a couple months now, I have yet to take it out for a match but for hunting purposes this performs quite nicely and with 5.56 is not terribly gassy. But time will tell if she’s more gassy during a match with the intense firing schedule. I got the Mini DD over the Cheese Boi so that I would have the option to carry one can on a trip with my 30-06, 243, & 5.56 and not have to worry about baffle strikes. The sound performance on this can is impressive for the price point, yes there are quieter cans but at over twice the price we say no thanks. After using a decibel meter it’s ~115 decibel at about 4’ from my rifle with my particular setup. I am running it direct thread till my spleen splitter comes in we will see if that changes things once I receive it.

TL:DR- good can comparing to the market, but a truly amazing can at this price point, I will definitely buy a few more.

Keep in mind all this comes from a guy who shoots ALOT and I beat the dog shit out of my guns and gear till I can trust them not to fail. That’s why I waited months to prove the Mini DD worthy of my praise.
